Tracy Winchester is running to bring experienced, community-rooted leadership to the Colorado House of Representatives. She has spent decades strengthening neighborhoods, supporting small businesses, improving transportation connectivity, and expanding opportunity for families in Denver.
The caucus process allows grassroots Democrats to shape the future of our district by selecting delegates who will represent their community values at county and state assemblies. Tracy is seeking delegates who believe in strong families, strong neighborhoods, and a stronger future for HD2.
1. Become a Delegate for Tracy
Delegates play a critical role in the Assembly process. By becoming a delegate, you can vote for Tracy at the county and state assemblies and help her reach the threshold needed to qualify for the ballot.
2. Recruit Other Supporters
Talk to friends, neighbors, and fellow Democrats in your precinct. Encourage them to attend caucus and support Tracy as a delegate or caucus participant.
3. Serve as a Precinct or Delegate Lead
Support the campaign by helping coordinate caucus turnout, sharing information, and connecting with other Tracy supporters in your area. Training and materials will be provided.

To participate in the Democratic caucus, you must:
- Be a registered Democrat
- Be 18 years old by caucus day
- Live in the precinct where you caucus
- Be registered by February 9, 2026
